Welcome to Eek it Out - where we hope to all learn how to get the most from our dollar. This website is very much under construction, so check back often to see what's new!

The following pages contain many cheap (and even free) tips and tricks to help you "eek it out", and live smarter. From recipes for cheap meals, to tips on preserving produce in season, alternatives to expensive cleaning products and ways to entertain the kids, with lots in between. There's even some great ideas for ways to pamper yourself, with personal care products made from your own pantry ingredients.

We hope this website will be very much a community effort, so if you have any tips and tricks up your sleeve that we haven't thought of yet, send them in fast - so we can share them with others.

Or if there's something you want help with, ask, and we will endeavour to find the answers.

Bear with us if things are a bit slow, we are just ordinary kiwi's working in our spare time, from our kitchen tables or computer desks, and around our families, on a cause we believe strongly in (visit the campaign website if you haven't found us from there).
